Spinning Tops

An E-commerce and UX redesign for the UK's Home of the Dizzy Dress ™

The Challenge

Having had a previously bad experience with the original developer, the client was understandably anxious about engaging with another developer. The website at the time was not complete and the product display and checkout path were well below par.  The client challenged us to provide a site that attractively portrays her unique range of clothing and toys and entices visitors with strong buying signals.

The Solution

Following the client’s brief and establishing trust, we all felt that we gained a firm bedrock to build upon. Although technically a redesign, we essentially started from the ground up. From re-evaluating business goals through to research and planning, we went on to design, construct and launch a thoroughly improved e-commerce solution.

It was a pleasure working with the guys from James Dean Digital. They instilled me with confidence and reassurance immediately from our first contact all the way through to completion.
They made a real effort to understand the business challenges that I faced. By listening and working upon the ideas we discussed, they got to grips with what was required and delivered beyond expectation.
